Door County is the home of the Packerland Conference best player in boys and girls' basketball.
In boys' basketball, Southern Door's Drew Daoust was named the player of the year after leading the conference with 32.1 points per game. He was joined by Oconto's Kadin Baxter, Kewaunee's Thomas Stangel, and NEW Lutheran's Tristian Lynch as unanimous first-team members. Conference champion Southern Door had the most All-Conference honorees with three while several others had two across the first team, second team, and honorable mention squads.

She led the Pioneers to their first regional championship since 1985 while averaging 16.4 points and 3.3 assists per game. Rikkola and Oconto's Addisyn Viestenz were unanimous selections to the All-Packerland first team. Peshtigo led the way with four selections.
