Bucks outlast Wizards

The Milwaukee Bucks overcame a rough 3rd quarter to hold on against the Washington Wizards in the Nation's capital on Sunday night.

The Bucks saw their lead cut in half in the third quarter after taking a 11 point lead into the break. Key to that effort was Giannis Antetokounmpo, who registered a triple-double with 23 points, 10 rebounds, and 13 assists. That was despite reinjuring his ailing hand that took him out of some games last month. Five other Bucks contributed with double-figure scoring performances, including Jevon Carter (20 points) and Joe Ingles (14 points) doing so from bench roles. Bradley Beal led all scorers with 33 points while Kristaps Porzingis narrowly missed his own triple-double for the Wizards with 24 points, 13 rebounds, and five assists.

The Bucks returned to their winning ways after seeing their sixteen-game winning streak snapped over the weekend.
