The Green Bay Gamblers could not find a way past Team USA in their weekend slate of games.
On Friday, Team USA doubled up the Gamblers in the final period of the game with three goals in a 6-3 decision. Barrett Hall scored one and Raimonds Vitolins registered two goals in the loss for the Gamblers.
Saturday's game was tighter, but still ended in a 3-2 loss for the Gamblers in front of over 5700 fans. After the Gamblers' Bodie Nobes opened the scoring in the second period, Team USA closed out the period with three unanswered goals to send the game into the third period with a 3-1 advantage. Eli Sebastian scored in the third, but the Gamblers would get no closer as they were swept by Team USA.
