Area track teams get underway

The offseason may be in its infancy for several wrestlers and basketball players, but their next sport may have already gotten underway on Monday.

Monday marked the first-day track teams could practice ahead of the upcoming spring season. With the outdoor tracks covered with several inches of snow, Algoma High School marked the occasion by hosting a sports psychologist to speak about the mental aspect of sports.
