Wisconsin's Division 1 teams learn tournament fate

Three of the state's four Division 1 teams will be dancing later this weekend, albeit all on different dance floors.

Marquette is the only one of the three in the actual Big Dance as they open their NCAA Tournament run on Friday at 1:45 p.m. as the number 2 seed playing 15-seed Vermont. The Golden Eagles earned their spot as the Big East Tournament champion.

Wisconsin was left on the outside looking in at the NCAA Tournament, instead earning a three-seed and a home game in the NIT. They will host Bradley at the Kohl Center Tuesday at 8:30 p.m.

Milwaukee will open its CBI Tournament run at sixth-seeded Stetson as the 11 seed. The game will take place on Sunday at 4:30 p.m.
