Badgers advance in NIT with win over Bradley

Behind a career night by Steven Crowl, the Wisconsin Badgers cruised to an 81-62 win over the Bradley Braves in the first round of the NIT tournament in Madison.  Crowl scored a career-high 36 points and added nine rebounds to lead the Badgers.  He shot 12/16 from the field, including 5/7 from the three-point arc.  Max Klesmit poured in 16 and Conner Essegian tallied 14 more for Wisconsin.

The Badgers took a 40-35 lead into halftime and never let the Braves get any closer as Wisconsin only turned the ball over three times the entire night.

Wisconsin (18-14) will play #2 Liberty on Sunday at time to be determined.
