Giannis Antetokoumpo recorded his sixth triple double of the season as the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Washington Wizards 140-128 Tuesday night.
Antetokoumpo led the way over the injured Wizards with a statline of 28 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists. Jae Crowder got his first start of the season for the Bucks, scoring 19 points on four made threes. Six total players for Milwaukee were in double figures at the end of the night. The Bucks did lose Pat Connaughton to injury in the first half, with reports calling it an ankle injury.
Washington got strong minutes and production from Wisconsin native Johnny Davis, as he had a career high 20 points on 9-17 shooting. Kendrick Nunn led the way in total points with 24 for the Wizards, who fall to 34-45, while the Bucks sit at 57-22.
Milwaukee will be back in action tomorrow night at the Fiserv Forum against the Chicago Bulls at 6:30 p.m.
