The final spring season sport that gets underway will finally compete on Thursday afternoon as golfers from around the Packerland Conference will hit the links at Cherry Hills Golf Course in Sturgeon Bay. 

Local teams at the meet will include Sturgeon Bay, Gibraltar, Sevastopol, and Southern Door and other Packerland teams such as conference contenders in Peshtigo and Oconto, and also a team from NEW Lutheran. 

Isaak Aune, Trey Wienke, Finley LaVine, Teddy Roth and Finn Salm are just some of the top potential returning golfers to the area for the new season. Peshtigo's Grant Baumann will return to the Bulldogs this season after being named the Packerland Conference Golfer of the Year in 2022. 

The golfers will tee off at 4:00 p.m.
