Bucks learn first round opponent for playoffs

The Milwaukee Bucks have found out who their first round opponent will be in the 2023 Eastern Conference Playoffs.

The Miami Heat defeated the Chicago Bulls 102-91, clinching the eight seed in the playoffs, and the rights to play the top seeded Bucks in the opening round. The Heat are lead by Jimmy Butler, a former player for the Marquette Golden Eagles, and Tyler Herro who was originally committed to the Wisconsin Badgers and went to high school at Whitnall, has become a strong contributor to the team as well.

The season series between these two teams is tied at 2 games a piece after the Heat won the first two games of the series. The Bucks fought back and won the last two games, including the most recent matchup on February 24th by a score of 128-99.

The series will begin on Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
