The game was scheduled a day later to accommodate Mother Nature, but the renewed rivalry between Sturgeon Bay and Luxemburg-Casco will take place in Luxemburg Friday afternoon. The Spartans are coming off an exciting 8-7 victory over NEC rival Little Chute on Tuesday, while Sturgeon Bay lost a twin bill to Southern Door 18-0 and 10-0 in Packerland Conference action. The first pitch is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. from the Luxemburg-Casco Sports Complex with the pregame show starting at 4:15 p.m. Paul Schmitt and Reece Robillard will have the call on 104.1 WRLU and streamed on New Radio Sports Network.
In other area baseball action, the Kewaunee Storm will host a doubleheader against Oconto.
