Storm baseball takes doubleheader from Oconto

The Kewaunee Storm swept a doubleheader from the Oconto Blue Devils Friday night in Packerland Conference baseball with scores of 7-1 and 10-5.

In the opener, Cal Ihlenfeldt went the distance and allowed only three hits and one earned run while striking out 13 to pick up the win.

Owen Carlson and Payton Kohnle each went 2-for-3 with two RBIs to lead the storm offense.

Kewaunee took game two in convincing style by scoring five runs in the fifth inning.  The Storm were led by Waylon Delain, Thomas Stangel and Kohnle who all collected two hits in the victory.
