After the disappointment of not qualifying for the WIAA State Track meet on Thursday, a number of athletes received new life on Friday.

In Division 2, Kewaunee's Maddix Mueller was granted a spot in the high jump, one of three athletes in that event at the Little Chute sectional that originally did not qualify for the state meet because it did not finish in the top four. 

The high jump in Division 3 also had extra qualifiers with Door County ties as Gibraltar's McKailey Reisen and Sevastopol's Danica Werkheiser nabbing the spots.
