The West Jacksonport Ports look to stay in at least a first place tie when they travel south to tangle with the Maplewood Mets Sunday afternoon in Door County Baseball League action.
The Ports (2-1) are coming off a thrilling 5-4 win over Egg Harbor, keyed by a game-inning home run by Derek Niedzwiecki. The Mets (1-2) look to bounce back after being trounced by the Washington Island Islanders 20-6 last Sunday.
Paul Schmitt and Reece Robillard will have the call from Maplewood beginning at 1:15 p.m. with the pregame show followed by the first pitch at 1:30 p.m. on 105.1 The GOAT, 1051TheGOAT.com and NEWRadioSportsNetwork.com.
In other Door County Baseball League games Sunday Kolberg travels to Institute, Washington Island plays at Egg Harbor, and Baileys Harbor is at Sister Bay.
