The Green Bay Rockers took a 4-2 lead in the eighth inning but could not hold it in their I-41 Showdown against the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders, falling 5-4 at Fox Cities Stadium.
After falling behind 2-0, Kyle West and JoJo Jackson had RBI hits to tie it up in the third inning. Jackson would deliver again in the eighth inning with a two-run single to make 4-2. The wheels would fall off after that as the combination of hits and errors tied the game at the end of eight. Travis Strickler drew a bases loaded walk in the ninth to give the Dock Spiders the walk-off win.
The Rockers are back in action on Thursday when they welcome the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters.
