The Baltimore Orioles scored all six of their runs after the seventh inning as they took the series finale from the Milwaukee Brewers 6-3.
Rowdy Tellez, Owen Miller, and Jon Singleton kept the train moving in the first inning with RBI knocks to make it 3-0. The Orioles settled in after that and the Brewers' Colin Rea and two relievers kept mowing down batters until the seventh inning when Ramon Urias homered. Peter Strzelecki struggled in his frame, allowing three runs on an RBI double by Anthony Santander and a game-deciding homer by Gunnar Henderson. The bullpen would give up two more in the top of the ninth inning, but it did not matter as the Brewers were held to just two base runners in the final four innings. Strzelecki took the loss for the Brewers while Orioles reliever Keegan Akin got the win in relief.
The Brewers will now welcome MLB's bottom-dwelling Oakland A's to American Family Field for a 7:10 p.m. first pitch.
