Rockers rout 'Chucks

The Green Bay Rockers scored in each of the first six innings en route to an 8-2 win over the Wausau Woodchucks on Monday night.

Max Mims, Cooper Kelly, and Carlos Hernandez all had two RBI in the win, going a combined 4-9 from the plate. Kelly delivered the game's big blow when he sent a home run over the fence for his two RBI.

Jackson Murphy picked up the win for the Rockers, allowing just one run across five innings. His main reliever, Jacob Faulkner, recorded six strikeouts in his three innings of work.

The Rockers and Woodchucks meet again Tuesday, but this time it will be at Athletic Park in Wausau.
