A local rivalry headlines Friday's slate of football games, three of which will appear on the airwaves of the NEW Radio Sports Network.

Sturgeon Bay and Kewaunee battle against each other for Packerland Conference positioning on Friday night. Jacob Nate will have the call on U-102.1 beginning at 6:45 p.m. with the pregame show followed by the kickoff from Memorial Field in Sturgeon Bay at 7 p.m.

Luxemburg-Casco hopes to even their season's record when they host Shawano for their homecoming game. Paul Schmitt and Eric Fischer will have the call on 104.1 WRLU beginning at 6:45 p.m. with the pregame show followed by the kickoff from Luxemburg at 7 p.m.

The Gibraltar Vikings hope a trip around the bay to Gillett cures their season's ails when they battle the Tigers on Friday night. Tim Kowols will have the call on 105.1 The GOAT and NEWRadioSportsNetwork.com beginning at 6:45 p.m. with the pregame show followed by the kickoff from Gillett at 7 p.m.

Other football games scheduled for Friday include Southern Door traveling to Oconto and Sevastopol playing their homecoming game against Algoma. Kickoff time for those games is also 7 p.m.
