Baseball round-up: Kewaunee, Sturgeon Bay earn wins on NRSN

There were several cross-conference matchups to entertain fans on the baseball diamond on Tuesday.

 

The Kewaunee Storm were able to use a stellar pitching performance to get past Southern Door, winning 2-0, as heard on 104.1 WRLU on Tuesday afternoon.

 

On 105.1 The GOAT, Sturgeon Bay's Ethan Kratcha struck out 12 and did not need much more than that in a 7-0 win over Gibraltar/Washington Island on Tuesday evening.

 

Both teams did their damage in the first inning, which was good news for Algoma as they beat Oconto on Tuesday evening.

 

The Luxemburg-Casco baseball team responded to a pair of Fox Valley Lutheran runs with five of their own across three innings to take the game 5-3. 

 

Sevastopol's Andrew Wiesner did it all for the Pioneers on Tuesday as they beat NEW Lutheran 9-0 on the road.
