It has been a quiet start to the year for the Wisconsin Badgers men's basketball team. Winning their Big 10 road opener 47-41 yesterday against Nebraska has national pollsters taking note. The win pushed UW to (2-0) in the league and (11-4) overall.
Jared Berggren scored 13 points to lead the Badgers. Ryan Evans contributed 10 points and a game-high 15 rebounds.
Sunday marked the lowest point total in a UW Big Ten victory since a 35-29 decision over Michigan State back in 1951.
