Sevastopol Tops Washington Island In Boys Hoops

Monday night's high school basketball schedule was extremely light for Packerland Conference teams. N.E.W. Lutheran moved to (13-0) with an 82-61 win over Sheboygan Lutheran and Sevastopol hosted Washington Island and won 50-22.

Noel Farber scored a game high 12 points and Cody Giesseman chipped in 10. It marked the first win of the season for the Pioneers. The Sevastopol defense did not allow a double digit point output in any quarter. The game was pretty close throughout with Sevastopol holding just a five point lead after the first quarter.
