It looks like Milwaukee Brewers first baseman Corey Hart will miss the first month or so of the season. Hart has an arthroscopic surgery scheduled for a debridement of his right knee and to repair a meniscal tear on Tuesday. Recovery time is three to four months but Brewers assistant general manager Gord Ash isn’t concerned about Hart’s return. Hart has had numerous injuries throughout his career but has always recovered and returned in a timely fashion. Mat Gamel will take over Hart’s post at first base until Hart returns.
