Luxemburg-Casco Girls Basketball Starts Slow Against West De Pere

The Luxemburg-Casco girls basketball team stumbled out of the gates Thursday night in Bay Conference basketball at West De Pere. The Spartans were held to single digits in scoring in each of the first two quarters before they erupted out of the locker room at the half in a valiant comeback effort that came up short 48-39.

Lexi Kinnard and Maggie Liebeck each scored 10 points in the loss for the Spartans. Sarah Kinnard added nine points and was a big part of the third quarter comeback.
