Thursday night is a busy one for area volleyball teams with six teams in action.
In Northeastern Conference action, Luxemburg-Casco looks to build on its third-place finish over the weekend with a match at Little Chute beginning at 7 p.m.
Packerland Conference action Thursday includes Kewaunee heading to Green Bay to face NEW Lutheran, Gibraltar traveling to Oconto, Sevastopol hosting Sturgeon Bay, and Algoma making the trip to Peshtigo. Those matches are also expected to begin at 7 p.m. Southern Door will be back in action this Saturday for the Ripon Invitational.
Early Packerland Conference standings have Algoma and Southern Door as the top local teams with two points (1-0 in conference play) under their belts.
