The Door County Aging and Disability Resource Center needs your help crafting a plan for the next three years addressing aging in the area.

The state requires the counties’ ADRCs to complete a strategic plan that serves as a platform to create, improve, and expand services in the communities they serve. The survey helps the ADRC identify what they are doing right and where to improve. The last time the ADRC conducted this survey in 2021, it identified several goals to institute, such as expanding programming at its meal sites, expanding its Meals on Wheels program, addressing the caregiver and advocate shortages, and promoting education opportunities for fall protection.
