Changes are on the way if you rely on the InfoSoup platform to find some of your favorite books and magazines through the Door County Library.
InfoSoup is a shared online catalog and digital library network that serves libraries across northeast Wisconsin, allowing users to place holds, renew physical books, and access digital collections through apps like OverDrive, Libby and TumbleBooks.
Due to an upcoming system upgrade, some features will become unavailable beginning July 26, which is the last day to place holds and have a good chance of receiving them before Aug. 8. You can still request items after July 26, but it could take up to two additional weeks to receive them.
Online account access will be unavailable beginning Aug. 7 for approximately two weeks, though librarians will still be able to assist with holds, renewals, lists and fee payments. You will be able to access your InfoSoup account again after Aug. 19.
