Green Bay man hospitalized after golf cart crash

An 18-year-old Green Bay man was transported to a Green Bay hospital Sunday night after suffering a serious injury in a golf cart crash.

Emergency personnel were called to the area behind Harbor Village Campground in Carlsville at approximately 8:30 p.m.

The driver, also an 18-year-old Green Bay man, told the responding deputy they were driving the golf cart and began making a left turn when it started to flip. The injured man stuck his leg out to brace himself as the cart landed on its side.

The driver and two other passengers, both 17-year-old Green Bay girls, were uninjured. No citations were issued as a result of the crash.
