If you or someone you know needs medical equipment for permanent or long-term use, Neighbor to Neighbor is offering a chance to get some items at no cost Tuesday in Sturgeon Bay.
Neighbor to Neighbor will hold a medical equipment giveaway from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, for Door County community members in need.
The giveaway will include only items designated in Neighbor to Neighbor’s giveaway section and will not include the organization’s regular equipment inventory. Items will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The giveaway will take place at the Neighbor to Neighbor equipment facility at 1610 Georgia St. in Sturgeon Bay, located in the basement of one of the Cherry Cove Assisted Living facilities.
If you are attending, organizers say you must use the entrance on the left side of the building. A gravel driveway leads uphill to the basement entrance.
