Nancy Ann Pfister, 89, of Sevastopol, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Sunday, June 23, 2024. Nancy was born in Green Bay on Sept. 24, 1934, to Bernard and Elizabeth Pigeon. Nancy found the love of her life after graduating from Green Bay East High School in 1954, and married Melvin Pfister on April 16, 1955. Together they had a beautiful story and raised four children. Melvin passed away in 1998. If one word could be used for Mom, it was family. Her world revolved around her kids, grand kids and great grandkids. She was so excited and happy last week when she was able to see her youngest great grandson take his first steps. Her door was open to anyone who stopped in. She was our rock and words can’t explain how she will be missed, but her compassion and her smile will continue with everyone who was a part of her life. Her life will live on in her surviving family which includes 3 children, Linda (Randy) Schultz, Melvin (Peggy) Pfister, Roger (Cheryl) Pfister; 5 grandchildren, Danielle (Brandt), Phillip, Jeremy, Josh (Allison), and Justin; 3 great grandchildren, Colt, Libby and Emerson; and sister Sandra (Bob) Joski. She was preceded in death by her husband, daughter Mary, 2 brothers, LeRoy and Ronnie Pigeon and a sister Jeanette Gillick. According to Nancy’s wishes, no services will be held.
