Olive Ann Helm, 91, was called Home on Friday, July 19, 2024 in Waukesha. She was born October 1, 1932 in West Jacksonport, daughter of the late Arthur Albert and Sylvia M. (Herbst) Schultz. Olive and Donald LeRoy Helm were united in marriage on March 21, 1953 at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in West Jacksonport. They spent 52 years of marriage together before he preceded her in death on February 7, 2006. Olive is survived by her daughter, Mary Helm; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Paul (1973); sister, Donna (Elmer) Meunier; and brothers-in-law, Charles Helm and August (Bertha) Helm. Olive’s life will be celebrated during a funeral service on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in West Jacksonport with Pastor Joel Sauer officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband during a committal service at Zion Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the church on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Zion Ev. Lutheran Church.
