Sharon Ann Minten

Sharon Ann Minten, 85, of Egg Harbor, passed away on December 21, 2024 at her home in Egg Harbor. She was born November 29, 1939 in Green Bay, the daughter of Herbert Jensen and Marian Friex Jensen. Sharon attended Green Bay West High School and graduated with the class of 1958. She attended Carroll College. On June 22, 1963 she married Richard Minten at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Sharon and Richard lived in Green Bay most of their life and in retirement enjoyed their home and friends in Tucson, AZ and Egg Harbor. Sharon was a founder and partner of Olejniczak Realty in Green Bay and had been Vice President retiring after 23 years. Sharon enjoyed traveling the world with her husband, Richard. She was a consummate business women and enjoyed playing golf and bridge with her friends. Sharon will be missed by her husband, Richard Minten of Egg Harbor; daughter, Cynthia (Richard) Barrett of Northbrook IL; son, Richard Jr. (Nancy) Minten of Green Bay; son, Steven (Wendy) Minten of Rigby, ID; eight beautiful grandchildren; sister, Sandi Halbrook of Green Bay. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Ron and Bill Jensen. A reception and gathering for family and friends of Sharon will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Horseshoe Bay Golf Club (5335 Horseshoe Bay Road, Egg Harbor, WI 54209). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her memory to Unity Hospice (2366 Oak Ridge Circle, De Pere, WI 54115; www.unityhospice.org/donate). Huehns Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay is assisting the Minten family.
