Pamela Catherine Hahlbeck, nee Graf, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2025. Pam was born in Sturgeon Bay, WI on September 6, 1942 to Marvin and Ruth Graf. Pam was a graduate of Holy Family Nursing School in Manitowoc, WI and had a successful career at UW Hospital in Madison, WI. Pam later married Karl Runge where they raised two sons, Alex (Mari) Runge (Denver, CO) and Max Runge (Neenah, WI). Pam went on to a career in diabetes management and worked for Medtronic. Following retirement, Pam relocated to Sarasota, FL, where she enjoyed tennis, biking, theater and volunteering her time at various charitable entities. Pam and her partner, Bill Coughlin, shared a love of travel to many parts of the globe. Pam is survived by her sons Max and Alex and two granddaughters, Ilsa and Greta; a brother Greg Graf (Green Bay, WI) and a sister, Ellen Smith (Mequon, WI).
