Ronald L. Antholt Sr., 83, of Sturgeon Bay, passed away on Sept. 9, 2025, at the Pete and Jelaine Horton Center Skilled Nursing Facility. He was born May 20, 1942, in Tomah, Wisconsin. On Dec. 16, 1967, he married Carol Jean Weckler at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Sturgeon Bay. They enjoyed 60 years of love and togetherness. Ron farmed in the Brussels area for many years. He also drove concrete trucks and dump trucks for numerous businesses. Ronald and Carol enjoyed many trips back and forth to Florida throughout the years. He is survived by his wife, 3 children, Ronald Antholt Jr., Peggy (Dale) DeGrave, and Karen (Dale) Cihlar; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; a sister Dolly; and brother-in-law Sherwood (Dolly) Weckler. Funeral services will be 6:00 pm Friday, Sept. 12, 2025, at the Forbes Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until the time of service.
