Corrine Huston

Corrine Huston, age 68, of Algoma, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 21, 2025. She was born on June 21, 1957, in Algoma to Glenn Lee Krueger and Mary Jane Krueger (Schuyler). Corrine spent her life rooted in the community she loved. She attended Southern Door High School and later continued her education at NWTC. For 16 years, she worked as an accountant at Quietwoods RV, where she made a lasting impact through her hard work, dedication, and the warmth she brought to her coworkers. Corrine was also a devoted member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Algoma. To know Corrine was to know kindness. She was compassionate, funny, fiercely loving, and always willing to help anyone who needed her. She found joy in life’s simplest pleasures—camping, reading, playing games, and spending time with her family, whom she cherished above all else. Nothing brought her more happiness than being surrounded by her large, close-knit family. Corrine is survived by her husband, James Huston, and her children: Jason (Tiffany) Huston, Nick (Darcy) Huston, Becky Huston (Dustin Moore), Michelle Clark, Mary Paral, Andrew Huston (Christine Perry), Jonathan Huston, and numerous siblings. She is further survived by her beloved grandchildren: Katie Huston, Joshua Huston, Ethan Clark, Anders Wiedow, Zen Wiedow, Xavier Haegele, Haley Clark, Jasmine Huston, Zac Perry, Owen Huston, Corrin Huston, James Paral, Oliver Huston, Anthony Huston, and Corrine Huston. She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn Krueger and Mary Jane Schuyler. Corrine will be remembered for her gentle heart, her steady strength, and the way she made every person feel welcomed and loved. Her legacy lives on in the countless memories she created and the family she adored. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the Schinderle Funeral Home, Algoma, from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 1:00 PM. with Rev.
