The village should use vacant land as summer parking option and have trolley shuttle to trolley stops and parking. Use the trolley system and keep cars out of EH, FC and Sis Bay

Parking for patrons MUST be an essential component for any business plan.

It is the city's responsibility to provide the parking for the city. After all, they pay a lot of taxes to be there and run a successful business.
