Luxemburg, Wis. is high on the leaderboard at the Student Angler Federation High School Fishing World Finals in LaCrosse this weekend.
The Luxemburg Spartans, made up of Charlie Simonar and Jacob Martin, found themselves in fifth place in the second chance round, catching three fish totaling 10-06 pounds, exactly one pound behind the leaders.
Aidan Zeitler and Isaac Yunk reprsenting the Algoma Fishing Team found themselves in 123rd place with three fish totaling just over six pounds. Algoma's Kayleigh Woelfel and Emily Hanson ended their day with one fish at three pounds, putting themselves just outside of the Top 200.
