The Green Bay Packers announced they signed C Cole Schneider after he participated in Green Bay's training camp in 2022. The Central Florida alum spent the spring with the Birmingham Stallions of the United States Football League, appearing in nine games with one start and helping his team win the USFL title. The Packers are looking to give Josh Myers competition this training camp, going as far as giving Zach Tom first-team reps this week.

In a corresponding move, the Packers released LB La'Darius Hamilton after he appeared in nine games over the two previous seasons in the Green and Gold.

The Packers return to the practice field on Thursday.
