When it mattered the most, the Wisconsin GLO beat the Flint Monarchs in Sunday's GWBA Final to win the league's championship.
The GLO trailed for much of the game before turning it into a see-saw affair in the final minutes to force overtime. They would go on to outscore their Michigan rivals 16-11 in the extra frame to capture their third championship. The Monarchs swept the season series from the GLO this year and defeated them in the championship game last year.
The GLO clinched the spot in the championship game that they hosted by beating the St. Louis Surge 78-51 on Saturday.
