The Green Bay Blizzard did all the right things off the field and they were recognized by the Indoor Football League for their efforts on Monday.

The IFL named the Blizzard the franchise of the year for the 2023 season, recognizing the team's success in areas such as attendance, sales, public relations, marketing, efforts to improve the IFL as a whole, performance on the field, community involvement, participation on league matters, and overall representation of the IFL.

The Blizzard also won postseason awards for Community Relations of the Year and its owner, Kathy Treankler, captured honors for the John Pettit Person of the Year.
