It's homecoming season in northeast Wisconsin and local teams found themselves on both the winning and losing sides of the festivities Friday night.

On U-102.1, Sturgeon Bay improved their season mark with a 20-6 victory over Oconto on its homecoming night.

Over on 104.1 WRLU, Luxemburg-Casco played spoiler to Freedom's party as they beat the Irish 24-14.

Gibraltar also played spoiler on Friday night, topping Gillett 48-19 on 105.1 The GOAT.

The  Vikings' next opponent, Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas, beat Algoma 48-20.

Kewaunee made quick work of Mishicot 47-6.

Southern Door also had a short evening, beating Peshtigo 56-0.

Sevastopol saw their homecoming night end on a sour note, losing to Wausaukee 38-30.
