Both Southern Door and Algoma ended up on the wrong side of their tournament finals on Friday.

A first-half dry spell doomed the championship hopes for the Algoma Wolves' boys basketball team on Friday as they lost to the tournament host Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah 47-39.

Southern Door came up just short in a high-scoring contest at Green Bay Preble High School, losing to Mosinee 87-82.
