Phoenix men flip script on Raiders

The Green Bay Phoenix men turned a four-point halftime deficit into an 88-77 win over the Wright State Raiders.

A big reason why was Noah Reynolds, who scored a career-high 39 points in the game, including 22 points in the second half. The Raiders rebounded from falling into a 10-point hole in the first half before earning their 10-point advantage in the second half. The Phoenix would rattle off 16 of the next 19 points to put a stranglehold on the game from that point on.

Rich Byhre registered a season-high 17 points in the victory, which included the 1000th point in his career. Tanner Holden and Calvin Trey each collected 23 points in the loss for the Raiders.

The men are back in action on Sunday for a noon matchup against Robert Morris while the women are in action on Saturday at 1 p.m. against Cleveland State.
