The Wisconsin Badgers kept the Iowa Hawkeyes at arms-length in the second half, coming away with an 83-72 win at the Kohl Center Tuesday night.
After a back-and-forth first half that ended in a 32-32 tie at intermission, the Badgers pulled away slowly but surely against the Hawkeyes.
Tyler Wahl scored a season-high 19 points by going 11/13 from the line and 4/6 from the field to lead the Badgers.
AJ Storr added 16 points, with Max Klesmit chipping in 15 and Steven Crowl’s 14 points for a balanced Wisconsin attack.
Wisconsin (2-0) will play Nebraska at home on Saturday to continue the Big Ten schedule.
