The Green Bay Packers will have a shorter turnaround to prepare for playoff rival San Francisco in the NFC Divisional Round.

The NFL announced that the Packers will face the 49ers in Santa Clara on Saturday at 7:15 p.m., with the game airing on FOX. 

The Packers have succeeded against the 49ers over the last 20 years, but not in the playoffs. The 49ers have won the last four playoff matchups against the Packers, which have not beaten their western rivals since Brett Favre led them to a 25-15 win in 2001.
