Boys Basketball Roundup:

As the local teams look to improve their resume for the upcoming WIAA tournament, the regular season for the boy's basketball in the area winds down with conference titles still at stake.

 

On Tuesday, the Southern Door Eagles continue their strong play in the Packerland Conference by upending the Gibraltar Vikings 79-51 in Brussels on 105.1 The Goat.

 

The Sturgeon Bay Clippers turned a six-point lead at halftime into a 54-43 home win over the Algoma Wolves behind Jackson Starr’s 17 points.

 

In Institute, the visiting Kewaunee Storm blew past the Sevastopol Pioneers 82-34 to stay one game behind conference leader Southern Door before its showdown with the Eagles on Friday night.

 

In Northeastern Conference play, on a 104.1 WRLU, the Luxemburg-Casco Spartans fell to the Little Chute Mustangs in a game of runs 76-55, despite 22 points from JD Glampe.
