Bucks bid for All-Star games

A day after Indianapolis took its turn hosting the annual NBA showcase, the Milwaukee Bucks are reportedly on the clock to host the All-Star game within the next six years.

According to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, the organization and the City of Milwaukee submitted a bid to host the NBA All-Star Games in 2027 and 2028 after 2025 was awarded to San Francisco and the Golden State Warriors and 2026 to Inglewood, California, and the Los Angeles Clippers.

It has been since 1977 that the NBA All-Stars descended on the Cream City for the exhibition. That game was held at the neighboring MECCA. Milwaukee has not held an All-Star Game since 2001 when the MLB hosted a tie game at Miller Park.
