The road to Madison started Tuesday night for five local teams with only one advancing to the regional semi-finals on Friday night.

In Division 3, the Sturgeon Bay Clippers pulled away late and beat the Menominee Indian Eagles 79-61 at home on U102.1.

In Florence, the Gibraltar Vikings’ season ended with a 60-48 loss to the Bobcats on 105.1 The Goat in Division 5 action. 

The Luxemburg-Casco Spartans ran into a buzz saw as the Notre Dame Tritons crushed the Spartans at home 86-42 in a Division 2 contest on 104.1 WRLU.

In Weyauwega, the Algoma Wolves lost a nail-biter 44-42 in Division 4 to the Warhawks. 

The Sevastopol Pioneers lost to the Gillett Tigers 78-49 on the road in Division 5.
