The Green Bay Blizzard will open their 2024 season at home on Sunday at 3:05 p.m. as they host the Massachusetts Pirates.
The Blizzard missed the playoffs last season, going 7-8 and closing out the season with a 48-39 loss to the Tucson Sugar Skulls. They welcome back six players from last year's squad, including UW-Whitewater product Max Meylor. The Pirates weren't even sure where they would play in 2024 after leaving the City of Worcester. They lost their lone playoff game last season to Sioux Falls.
