The Green Bay Gamblers scored at least two goals in all three periods of its 7-2 win over Team USA Friday night at the Resch Center.
Charlie Russell and Julian Lutz scored the first two goals of the game for the Gamblers before the team would score five of the next six goals. Blake Bechen, Libor Nemec, Ben Poitras, Lutz, and Russell all had multi-point games, with Russell leading the team with two goals and one assist. Adam Gajan had a nice bounce back performance after a couple of rough outings as he made 32 saves on 34 shots.
The Gamblers play in Dubuque on Saturday night night at 7:05 p.m. before returning home for a 3:05 p.m. matinee on Sunday.
