The Algoma Wolves baseball team will wait an extra day to prepare for its opening-day matchup.

On Monday, the Algoma Athletic Department announced that it had rescheduled its first game because of melting snow and persistent rain hitting the area. The Wolves will now play at Brillion at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. They will also play again on Thursday against Green Bay Preble at Capital Credit Union Park at 4:30 p.m.
