The Luxemburg-Casco golf team will step out of conference play on Thursday to face various teams from across the region. Brillion, De Pere, Denmark, Kiel, Manitowoc Lincoln, Mishicot, New Holstein, Roncalli, Sheboygan Falls, St. Lawrence Seminary, Valders, and Wrightstown will also meet Seven Lakes Golf Course in Reedsville. Tee time is set for 11 a.m.
Sturgeon Bay will also play at a tournament in Coleman featuring Crandon, Crivitz, Gillett, Lena, Marinette, Niagara, Oconto, Oconto Falls, Oneida Nation, Peshtigo, and Saint Thomas Aquinas. Tee time for that tournament is at 9 a.m. at Parkway Golf Course.
In Thursday's golf action, Kewaunee's Evan Maccaux made history on Thursday at Little River Golf Course in Marinette, becoming the first in school history to win a Packerland Conference golf meet.
